WHELAN Shay (Dublin, formerly of Cabra West and Chrysler Ireland) Feb 16th, 2016. Suddenly at home. Beloved husband of Val and loving father of Darren and Barry. Sadly missed by his wife, sons, brother Tony, sisters Patsy, Aileen and Marian, in-laws and partners, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing on Friday afternoon, Feb 19th, from 2pm at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, the Ballymun Civic Centre, Ballymun Road (next to Garda Station). Removal on Friday evening from the Funeral Home to arrive at St. Joseph’s Church, Dane Road, Poppintree at 5.30pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning , Feb 20th, at 11am, followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. No flowers please.
