Former proprietor of Kilakee House Restaurant and Past President of Panel Chefs Ireland. Peacefully after a short illness in the loving care of his family and the staff of the Beacon Hospital, Sandyford. Beloved husband of Audrey and loving father of Amanda (Mandy) and Trevor. Sadly missed by his family, sister Aileen, grandchildren Josh, Luke, Dylan and Anna, son-in-law Martin, daughter-in-law Deirdre, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his home from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday evening, Oct. 29th. Funeral Mass on Friday morning, Oct. 30th, at 10am in Christ the King Church, Offaly Road, Cabra, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
