Most families choose to place a death notice in of the main newspapers. In the Dublin area these are the Irish Independent, Evening Herald and Irish Times, as well as the Irish Examiner. Also, the Star newspaper has recently started publishing death notices.
Death notices need to be placed with the newspapers the day before publication.
Each newspaper has their own style for death notices, and we will plan the wording of the notices in accordance with the wishes of the family, and within the newspaper guidelines.
